Before You Register
Before creating your account, make sure you:

Common Registration Problems
The Registration Form Won't Submit
If nothing happens when you click Create Account:

Password Not Accepted
Choose a strong password that includes a combination of:

• Lowercase letters

I Didn't Receive the Verification Email
If your registration was successful but you didn't receive the activation email:
