Why Can't I Send Messages?
Why am I unable to send messages?
If you're having trouble sending messages on Callbeck Dating, don't worry. In most cases, the issue is easy to resolve.
Below are the most common reasons you may not be able to send messages.
1. You Are Not Logged In
Make sure you're signed in to your Callbeck Dating account before attempting to send messages.
If you've been inactive for a while, your session may have expired. Simply log in again and try sending your message.
2. Your Account Has Not Been Activated
New members must verify their email address before using all features.
If you haven't activated your account:
• Check your email inbox.
• Look in your Spam or Junk folder.
• Click the activation link in the email.
• Sign in again after activation.

3. The Member Has Blocked You
If another member has blocked your profile, you won't be able to send them messages.
This is part of our privacy and safety features.
4. The Member's Account Is No Longer Available
You cannot message members whose accounts have been:
• Deleted
• Suspended
• Hidden
• Deactivated
5. Your Account Has Been Restricted
If your account has been temporarily restricted for violating our Community Guidelines, messaging may be disabled until the issue has been resolved.

6. Temporary Website Issue
Occasionally, maintenance or temporary technical issues may affect messaging.
Try the following:
• Refresh the page.
• Log out and log back in.
• Clear your browser cache.
• Try a different browser.
• Try again later.
